Latke Making with Mamaleh’s

Want to learn how to achieve the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and creamy potato on the inside? Come learn from the best and just in time for Hanukkah!

What To Expect:

A Mamaleh’s team member will show you how to shred, mix and fry LATKES to perfection, as well as make your own apple sauce and fancy garnishes to go with them! This is a demonstration event with the opportunity to shape some latkes and fry them up. We’ll make the recipes from start to finish and give you all the tips and training to be a latke master. There will also be a build your own latke bar, with all the trimmings to get you and your stomach fully in the Hanukkah spirit. Ticket includes a drink, printed recipes, and lots of latkes! This event will be held at the Demo Kitchen at Time Out Market.
