Every month, chef Miguel Mesquita leads a gastronomic voyage at the Time Out Academy around a different World Cuisine. In August, we venture to a new gastronomic destination – Hawaii, with a workshop in which we will teach you to prepare a dish originated by the achipelago’s fishermen and which has won fame around the world.
