Producing the perfect pizza takes a lot more than mixing together flour and water. ZeroZero knows that very well and that is why its pizzas are widely considered to be the city’s best. After lengthy research in Italy with a master pizzaiolo and a search for the most authentic cheeses and salamis, they came up with an artisanal pizza with a thin, crispy crust.
