Scott Linquist’s Coyo Taco has recently gone international, with spots opening in Portugal and the Dominican Republic, but his Mexican taquería establishment was born in Wynwood. For years, the chef’s tacos—such as the cochinita pibil filled with tender pork shoulder and the carnitas de pato stuffed with confit-style duck—have been drawing in national celebrities and locals alike. Even the longest of lines does little to deter ravenous taco aficionados from getting their fix at Time Out Miami’s perennial taco champion.
