Michael Beltran’s Coconut Grove restaurant, Ariete, is a perfect distillation of the melting pot that is Miami. Named after his grandparents’ eatery in Cuba, it serves dishes inspired by the Old Country, with an American flare. Taking that same approach to wood-fired meats and seasonal vegetables, Leña by Ariete is a concept created especially for Time Out Market Miami.
