Ceolho Santos is one of the chefs of the present and future (he’s been awarded the Chef de l’Avenir prize as well as a Michelin star) and his entire career so far proves that switching from a business degree to cookery can be a winning bet. After gaining experience in restaurants run by top chefs such as José Avillez, Nuno Mendes, Andoni Aduriz, the Arzak family and Ferran Adrià, he opened his Euskalduna Studio in Porto and has never stopped surprising the city (and surrounding area) with the opening of new projects, from a bakery and fishmonger’s to an Asian restaurant. Now he’s joining the chefs at Time Out Market.
