Christmas is only a few days away, but there is still plenty of time to prepare for this sweet season. In this workshop, chef Miguel Mesquita will take participant through three traditinoal Portuguese recipes that are not necessarily all Christmassy but which will bring some zing to a Christmas spread. Come and learn how to make Barriga de Freira, Pão de Ló de Ovar and Broas Castelares.
