China – Dim Sum

This month, the Time Out Academy travels to China for a Masterclass dedicated to Dim Sum, the famous snacks that are steamed in bamboo baskets. In this workshop led by chef Miguel Mesquita, you will learn how to make Wonton Soup, sweet-and-sour Pork Buns, steamed eggplant and the equally famous Gyozas. The lunch that follows will be a testament to what you have learned. Ticket €50 (individual, includes workshop and lunch).
  • The workshops start promptly at the scheduled time.
  • Participants are organized and cook in groups of 2 or 3 people.
  • 1 ticket is valid for 1 person, except for Masterkids (1 child + 1 adult).
