If so, sign up for this Time Out Academy workshop. Over three hours, chef Miguel Mesquita will take you on a culinary journey that takes in three traditional Christmas recipes from other countries. From Greece, he presents the recipe for Kotosoupa Avgolemono (Greek lemon and chicken soup) and from Ukraine he has brought Holubtsi, a verypopular dish there, made with cabbage stuffed with meat, rice and vegetables.
