Christmas Special
Each country has its own Christmas traditions, but if you live in Portugal you may have had enough of salt cod and fried pastries and want to expand your horizons. If so, sign up for this Time Out Academy workshop. Over three hours, chef Miguel Mesquita will take you on a culinary journey that takes in three traditional Christmas recipes from other countries. From Greece, he presents the recipe for Kotosoupa Avgolemono (Greek lemon and chicken soup) and from Ukraine he has brought Holubtsi, a verypopular dish there, made with cabbage stuffed with meat, rice and vegetables. We close with a British-inspired Christmas pudding crumble. Come and learn how to cook these typical Christmas dishes from other countries. 3h
