Sumptuous Valencian-style paellas brimming with flavour; a calamari sandwich to satisfy the biggest seafood addict; crisp cod fritters doused in maple syrup and a Basque cheesecake (caramelized on top with a rich, ultra-creamy interior) that will leave you with cravings for days, are just a few dishes inspired by the chef’s iconic Spanish tapas tavern.
